J4RVIS recognised the specific challenges, and potential opportunities, for our business and worked collaboratively throughout to ensure they delivered a solution that truly met our specific goals and objectives.
A self-service portal that grew accounts 330%.
One of Australia's largest media companies wanted advertisers to browse, buy, launch, and track campaigns themselves. J4RVIS built the portal, automated the sales engine, and wired it to the traffic management system in real time.

Integration to the traffic management system
The starting position.
Southern Cross Austereo runs radio networks including Triple M and the Hit Network, plus regional television. Advertisers booked through email and phone. SCA wanted to expand operations and build a direct digital connection with its customers: a personalised self-service portal, with sales that ran themselves rather than chasing paperwork. The hard requirement was integration to the traffic management system, the engine that schedules and places every ad. Without that link in real time, a portal would only move the manual work somewhere else.
What we did.
J4RVIS built a branded self-service portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud, automated the sales process on Sales Cloud, and integrated both to SCA's traffic management system in real time.
A branded self-service portal
Advertisers browse products, buy advertising packages, launch campaigns, and track and analyse results, all in one place.
Automated opportunity management
Sales Cloud handles opportunity automation, so the commercial team works the deals that matter instead of the admin around them.
Real-time traffic integration
The portal connects live to the traffic management system, so what an advertiser sees and books matches what actually goes to air.
Custom campaign dashboards
Clients see performance in their own view, standardised data access, with compliance controls built in.
Team and method
Delivered end to end: advisory, implementation, change management, and ongoing platform success. One team planned the work, built it, and stayed to run it.
What actually changed.
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| How advertisers booked | Email and phone, business hours | Browse, buy, launch and track themselves, 24/7 |
| Where sales time went | Chasing paperwork through the pipeline | Working the deals, with opportunity automation behind them |
| Bookings against air | Reconciled by hand, after the fact | In step, in real time, through the traffic system |
| What a client could see | Whatever was in the last email | Their own dashboard, with compliance controls built in |
