With more than 14 years in digital transformation, David leads Salesforce engagements across the public sector, higher education, financial services, and telecommunications, and has managed large, complex programmes end to end. He builds collaborative delivery teams and stays close to client relationships through to outcome.

Diego architects and leads end-to-end AI platform ecosystems, from cloud infrastructure and data engineering through to compliance and go-to-market. He has designed and deployed production agentic systems in regulated environments, including customer-facing assistants, compliance agents, and multi-agent orchestration with human-in-the-loop controls built in from the start.

Carlos designs the data foundations ANZ enterprises run their AI on: governed pipelines, trusted context, and architecture built to hold up under scrutiny. Having worked both sides of the table, in sales at Salesforce and MuleSoft and in delivery, he treats data quality as a commercial issue, not just a technical one.

With more than 15 years leading customer experience and success functions across ANZ and APAC, Mohit builds the operating models and team capability that turn client relationships into long-term retention and growth.
