From design to deployment, J4RVIS brought their 'A game' to every interaction on this project. J4RVIS made sure that the project was being delivered in Partnership with us, rather than being just handed over to us.
An Australian first, verifications up 68%.

The starting position.
Pay.com.au runs on an "earn, burn, and yearn" cycle: the more customers earn points and redeem rewards, the more they keep using the platform. To scale that cycle, the business needed customers to sign up and make their first payments with minimal staff interaction. Verification took days. Cross-sell was manual and hard to run on the existing technical setup, and customer data sat across multiple sources rather than in one view.
What we did.
J4RVIS partnered with Pay.com.au to build a unified customer record on Data Cloud, then automate verification and onboarding through Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
Unified the customer record
Data Cloud consolidated data from multiple sources into a 360-degree view of each customer.
Automated verification and onboarding
Marketing Cloud drove personalised journeys that verify identity and complete compliance checks, cutting verification time from days to hours.
Connected service
Service Cloud handled case management and support with integrated customer data.
Opened cross-sell
Sales Cloud tracked cross-sell and upsell opportunities against the unified record.
Team and method
A team of five from J4RVIS worked alongside five from Pay.com.au to deliver Australia's first Data Cloud implementation in three months, and to support the initial exploration of agentic AI with Agentforce.
What actually changed.
