The starting position.

Grill'd runs a premium healthy fast-food chain across many locations, known for quality ingredients and community engagement. Behind the counter, its integration architecture was fragmented across multiple legacy platforms, including Jitterbit and Celigo. That meant a single point of dependency and real failure risk, data accuracy problems that reduced visibility, and a business-continuity risk on legacy products. The complexity, and the cost of running several platforms, was growing.

What we did.

J4RVIS recommended a target-state architecture that met both the IT and future-state needs, then implemented a single API-driven MuleSoft platform.
